tamara_russoSo since Tuesday I've met Helena (on that night, she brought me the sweetest little box from France with buttermilk candy and a candle shaped like a bun) and last night I met Efrat for a movie and some shopping. We were looking for a shirt for her to wear tomorrow for her nephew's brit (circumcision, but without the actual cutting) and she found some stuff at "Pull and Bear" (I bought a little credit-card holder) and afterwords she found two shirts she liked more in "Zara", so she returned one of the stuff in "Pull and Bear" and used the refund (since it is accepted both in "Zara" and in "Pull and Bear") to get what she wanted from "Zara". We caught a movie ("The Black Dahlia", a good movie altogether, but with too much details and a few really horrifying scenes) and headed home. I went to bed at about 12:00, since Udi was in a talkative mood and we chatted a bit about his upcoming draft.
This morning I woke up to a cloudy sky, but since I hadn't seen any rain I went out for my morning walk.
With no umbrella.
Big mistake.
The rain caught me about half way around my route, and it grew very heavy. Until I got back to the car I was quite soaked, a little chilly and a little smily. I love rain, but mostly when I'm indoors, though it did make me kinda giddy, and I returned home with a smile on my face.
Today's Rabin's memorial day. Soft, quiet songs on the radio, and I wore my white sweater. Only eleven years ago we were on the right path, and now... Well, enough has been said about this, and by people who know more than me.
