tamara_russoHanded in my seminary paper today. One down, two to go.
Went over to say hi to Hagar and hear a little about the party she was in last night (and almost flipped when I heard how much she'd had to drink and that she drove home... *wavingfeast*), got a "OMG, you've matched your bag to your shoes" comment and headed home. Luckily for me the cold I've been nurturing for a few days now has lowered itself to "something's stuck inside my nose let's blow it" and no more head-ache, throat-ache or constant sneezing.
It rained today - I've missed the rain so bad it was almost painful... I'm glad he came, even if he's going away in a couple of days. He'll come back.
Exactly two years ago...
I was in Eilat, two weeks after my accident. I needed that time to make myself sane again, even though I still hyper-ventilated every time I got inside a car for a very long time. That trip was Michali's and mine last trip to Eilat alone together. She shamelessly got married on the summer after that... That was the trip we had that camel trip, and boy, was that fun, with that stupid man who asked how the tents were dyed and Michali said "with paint", and everyone laughed and he went on and asked where do the farm get electricity from, and the guide (who was amused and liked Michali and me) said "from the power company" and we all laughed again. Ah, good memories. It wasn't very hot, so not every walk became a dessert-voyage. We went home to the beginning of the school year, my second. Can anyone say Gillman 223?
