Also, if you can make tomorrow 17:30 instead of 18:00? It's solely for sushi-making-photography purposes. (And, okay, maybe also so that somebody else can help my dad in the kitchen and my nerves won't be too fried.) Theoretically we're supposed to be all done by 18:30, which means that at 18:00 we should be at dishwashing/cleanup stage.
Basically, as early as you can get there without wrecking your own nerves, I guess, and let me know via sms when to expect you.
