I know I'm going to sound sentimental and corny, but I want to say thank you to the world for all that I have - family, friends, health, food to eat, a bed to sleep in, the ability to decide what to wear and how to talk, the right to protest, the right to change, the ability to see, to hear, to drive, to study, the money to buy clothes, the ability to read and write, the memories of all the beautiful places i've been in and the knowledge I will see many more.
Thank you for the people who love me, no matter what I do and who I am, the people who listen to me, the people who talk to me, the people who make me laugh, even those who make me cry sometimes, for being able to serf the world-wide-web, to go to the beach and to be able to help someone else.
My mom has a friend whose daughter has mania-depression. All these things just make me want to see all that's good in my life and not only the problems. Thank you (one last "thank you") for reading.
Tami.
