This past week and weekend

Had a busy week at work, with lily only coming back on Tuesday. Up until then I had to manage getting the Tuesday-night event preparations by myself, stands distribution and general work. When the event passed I was relieved. The last two days went by quickly, fortunatly.
Been on my new painting all week. I love it, but it's tons of work, and I always come out of working on it with a back-pain (I have to bend over, but I managed to control it a little bit). I worked on it perhaps three hours straight yesterday, singing loudly with my play-list. I really did have a lot of fun... It's coming on a lot better I thought it would, so I'm really pleased.
I was thinking about this Friday morning all week - breakfast at "Idelson 10" and then a trip in Tel Aviv. Asked both Orit and Michali to come with me, but none could. I told my mom I'd go alone so she said she would come with me for the breakfast. We had a wonderful meal (a huge one as well - scrambled eggs with onion, salad with bulgarian cheese, a basket of bread, croissants and cinnamon danish, hard cheese, some kind of cold meat, butter and jam and freshly squeezed orange-joice, with a coffee to finish... I didn't eat a thing until 17:00), and a wonderful time as well. "Idelson 10" is my favorite cafe in Tel Aviv - it has the most perfect pastry and the presentation of every thing you take is exquisite. We finished our breakfast and my mom went home while I started my walk. I walked in Ben-Yehuda street up to Arlozorov, where I cut to Dizengof. Walked in Dizengof to Dizengof square. During this time I enjoyed the air, the sun and people. The cafes were full, all the streets were occupied with young people with dogs instead of children and the day was beautiful. I went inside some shops but bought nothing (except a diet coke in "Aroma" so I'd be able to use their toilet). From Dizengof square I went to Pinsker street, on across Bugrashov and through Trumpeldor back to Ben Yehuda. When I came to Alenbi street I turned right towards the beach. Sat on the sand for some time (two idiots talked to me, I ignored them) and then I went back up the street to Nahlat Binyamin. Walked the entire fair, came up on the second end with a new small bag and finished my trip in a bus station on Alenbi street. God, it was fun, and the beach was quiet and empty and the sea was beautiful. Spent most of the afternoon working on the painting and went out at night with Efrat to "Arcafe" in Giv'ataim mall, where we spent some time fighting (like a fucking ritual it became) and we went back home - I brought her the books and magazines I had for her from work and she brought me the invitation to Ben's Brit and the basket she bought for me at "Enter".
Woke up this morning to find the sky very grey (and indeed it started raining throughout the day). My mom made pancakes for breakfast and we started getting the house ready for lunch. I made chocolate souffle... My sister and my brother in law brought my grandparents and my aunt and uncle came as well with two of their children. It was a fun lunch, but I think I ate the best, because the choruses my aunt brought weren't good (as my mom told me) and I had Creme Beshamel with pasta (which my mom made very well today). The souffle was a big hit, as expected..
