I have an unplanned, very much needed, free hour from classes. My ecotoxicology professor decided he needs an hour off because he teaches another class after ours (Biological aspects in environmental health... I'm in it, too...), and since he finished his slide show, he let us go an hour early. I wish I could ditch aspects as well, but my conscience won't let me...
So, anyway, I am very glad it's wednesday, since I have no school tomorrow and am planning on a nice lunch with a friend of mine. Even though I will come to the university tomorrow, I have no classes. Why then come? Well, my masterant-supervisor in the lab wants me to find some statistics about our research, so I am going to count on how many of our couples (dog-cat, as said in a question table we hand people out) the cat and dog "say hello" every time they meet. Saying hello means touching the ends of their noses together. So that's what I'm going to be counting. Another couple of hours to the project. I have less than fifteen hours, and then I have to write a paper. I should have started it already, but you know me - I postpone everything to the last minute.
Found out today I got four out of five questions wrong on our neurobiology exercise... Lucky it's grade less, and this means I have to start actually paying attention in class, and not just play "Hanged man" with Ayala... Found out yesterday that on my molecular evolution exercise I have to compare three sequences of over 300 amino acids... I almost fainted, mustn't I have a life beyond molecular evolution, for crying out loud?!?!?!? I have a ton of other work, including finding a term paper subject, finish my project time, going to Perach and planning a Hannuka party for the center (of my Perach), not to mention my life whom I actually like, like my friends and my family and my T.V.
Oh, and I have to buy a gift for my brother-in-law, since he is turning thirty on friday (I don't know if he wants me to say it...).
