It took me five minutes to stop laughing
Sep. 5th, 2007 10:38 amWhen I saw what "NILI" (a company we work with) sent me as a gift for the holidays.
It's a flash light, but it has a handle for manual use - meaning, I push it and it turns a small generator inside and I get environment-friendly-light. It also has a battery, but the handle just threw me to the floor, I was laughing so hard.
Yeah, it's been a good morning, even though I woke up with a headache (two optalgins got rid of that, at least for now).
The Perach job needs some logistics coordination - I have a three day seminar next week, so I need to get someone to replace me at work, and the week after that I need the mornings of Sunday, Monday and Tuesday free to go start with the school I'll have. I wouldn't care much if Lily was here, but since she's still at home it'll need to be done exactly right - making sure I have a substitute and making sure the days I'll be here only half a day would not make Racheli crazy.
Still, it's worth the trouble. Having this job means i'll be able to pay for my tuition without help from my parents and still have some spending money. Plus - it's good for the resume and I can go up the level the next three years.
Yes, have I mentioned I'm really happy about this? :)
