(no subject)

It's raining, thank god. I've been missing the rain for so long, it actually hurt. Today was the perfect day for baking, so I went out in the morning and got yeasts and flour and sugar and spent the afternoon making yeast dough, almond filling, chocolate filling and cinnamon filling. Turns out I made enough dough to have five cakes made. The last one is in the oven as I write now. I have to go check it.

Still not ready, though it has kind of exploded... I think it might be a tad too big, but oh, well, it doesn't change the taste.

My back still hurts from yesterday, but I'll sleep well tonight so it'll be better tomorrow. Hopefully there will still be cake tomorrow (my family is nuts about these cakes) so I can take some to my grandma (and she'll ask "Is there much sugar in it?" and then shake her head when I say "Yes").
