tamara_russoI truly don't understand those people who call here to ask something or get information or a phone number, and when I give it to them they say "Hold on, I need to find a pen..."
WTF?!?!
If you already called, why not prepare a pen beforehand, and not completely annoy the person on the other side. I guess that dialing and thinking is just too much work for some people.
