So, this is the first time I walked into a cyber-cafe to read some e-mail and updates here, since it's extremely expensive, but for a few updates on my trip:
I spent most of my time in museums, my favorite until now is MoMA, though the Met gives it a fairly big competition (the Met is a monster, as in, completely huge and I've no idea where I'm going huge and has about a milion pieces on display). The weather is quite cold, but since I'm inside most of the time...
No pictures today, but I'll get to it when I come home.
speaking of home - well, I'm not really homesick, but I feel the lonlyness. I've never been abroad alone and it has it's good parts (like having only myself to answer to if I want to do something) but I miss everybody - my family and all you guys, not even in person, but on the phone. I couldn't call Hagar or Mel and squee over the phone for 30 minutes when I saw Pierce Brusenenn(!!!!!) in the Whitny yesteday, and my brother wasn't there to whisper "HOOOOT Jambalaya" in my ear (He did sent it over in a text. I laughed my ass off in the elevator).
So.
It's friday morning here and I'm going downtown today to the New Museum and maybe some stores to check out.
